Clicksy™Privacy policy

The short version. Clicksy stores your health information on your own device. The app does not upload it to us. There is no account, no server holding your records, and no advertising or analytics SDK watching what you do.
Who this covers
This policy covers the Clicksy mobile application and this website. It does not cover a clinic that uses Clicksy provider tools — their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices and your relationship with them.
What the app stores
To do its job, Clicksy keeps the following on your device only:
- Health and body data — weight, height, waist, body composition, activity, sleep, nutrition, and dose logs you enter.
- Your medication details — the drug, dose, pen and click information needed to calculate a split regimen.
- Goals and preferences — such as your protein target, units, and theme.
This information is written to your device's local app storage. It is not transmitted to us. We do not have a copy of it, and we cannot see it.
What we do not do
Specifically, Clicksy does not:
- create accounts or require you to sign in;
- upload your health data to a server;
- include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs;
- sell, rent, or share your information with anyone;
- use your health data for machine learning or model training.
Provider mode
Clicksy separates patient mode from provider mode. A clinician using the provider tools works without any of your patient record, and without your own data carried over — the two modes do not mix. Letters and coverage documents are generated on the device from the information entered for that session and are not linked to any account or stored on a server by us.
Notifications
If you enable dose reminders, the notification is scheduled on your device. We do not receive notification content, and we are not part of the messaging delivery system.
Deleting your data
You can erase everything Clicksy has stored by using the app's own reset option, or by uninstalling the application. Because the data lives on your device, we cannot delete it for you — and we have nothing else to delete.
This website
Our website is a static site. It does not use advertising cookies, analytics, or tracking pixels. It sets no cookies at all. Any information you choose to send us by email is used only to reply to you.
Children
Clicksy is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your health information is sensitive
Because Clicksy deals with weight, medication and body data, we treat your privacy seriously. Keeping your data on your device is a design decision, not a policy promise — there is no database for us to leak.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the app.
