Pricing

Figures verified September 2026

Every price below is a cash price — what someone pays out of pocket through the manufacturer's own channel or a discount platform. It is the baseline we measure savings against, not a quote for you. What you actually pay depends on your insurance, your plan's formulary, and where you fill the prescription.

Why we publish the source. Drug prices move constantly and are quoted differently by everyone. Each figure below shows where it came from and when it was checked, so you can judge how current it is. Please re-verify anything you are about to act on.

The clearest example

Same molecule, very different price.

$1,200Saxenda (brand) · per month
$372.45Liraglutide (generic) · per month
$9,930Difference · per year

Sources: Saxenda $1,200/mo via NovoCare Pharmacy (manufacturer); generic liraglutide $372.45/mo via GoodRx (aggregator), checked 29 September 2026. The generic is about 69% cheaper. Whether a switch is appropriate is a clinical decision, not a financial one.

Three ways people pay

All three are legitimate. Which one is right depends on your situation, not on us.

1. Commercial insurance

Standard pre-authorization. Coverage is specific to your plan's formulary and to the drug — being insured does not mean a given medication is covered. Clicksy helps with the paperwork; your plan makes the decision.

2. Medicare and the Bridge pathway

A limited set of medications is covered for weight management under Medicare. Eligibility generally turns on BMI and/or a qualifying medical condition. If you qualify, Medicare may cover it — we cannot promise that it will.

Ozempic and Mounjaro are not covered on this pathway. They are diabetes-indication medications, not weight-management ones. We say so plainly rather than letting you find out at the pharmacy.

3. Cash or self-pay

Paying directly through the manufacturer's channel or a discount platform. This is the baseline in every table above, and it is a perfectly reasonable choice — particularly when a medication is not covered at all.

How dose optimization changes your bill

Some people use a lower, clinically appropriate dose than the labelled top dose, drawing from a single approved pen or vial. Because the cost scales with the milligrams purchased, a lower monthly total can mean a meaningfully lower bill. Clicksy calculates the clicks and milligrams so the arithmetic is right.

Important: this is not compounded medication and not a research chemical. It is a single approved product, titrated. Only your prescriber can decide whether it suits you, and Clicksy never makes that decision for you.

Questions

Are these prices guaranteed?

No. They were verified in September 2026 and drug pricing changes frequently. Use them as a starting point for comparison, and re-check before making any decision.

Why do you show cash prices rather than what I'd pay?

Because a cash price is a real, checkable number that is the same for everyone. What you personally pay depends on your plan, your deductible, and whether the drug is covered at all — and quoting a figure as if it were your price would be misleading.

Does Clicksy sell medications?

No. Clicksy is a tracking and cost tool. We do not sell, dispense, or prescribe anything, and we do not take a commission on any medication we list.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Usually yes for a prescription obtained through a pharmacy, subject to your plan's rules. Ask your benefits administrator — we cannot advise on your specific plan.

What if my plan denies coverage?

A denial can often be appealed with a letter of medical necessity. Clicksy's provider tools generate those letters for a clinician to review and sign. We cannot submit appeals for you.

Clicksy™ is a tracking and cost tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace your clinician. Always discuss medication or dose changes with your prescriber.
